Shipping Origin

All orders placed on our website are shipped from our warehouse in Texas, U.S.A

Shipping Method

We offer different shipping options with UPS and USPS for domestic and international shipping.

Order Acceptance

We do our best to dispatch all orders within 24 hours. All orders placed before 11:00AM PT( Pacific time) will be shipped the same day. Any orders placed on the weekends and holidays will be  processed the next business day.

Shipping is processed during our normal business hours ; 

Monday to Friday 9:00AM-5:00PM PT

Once the order is dispatched, we are unable to cancel it.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates vary depending on the destination and the package weight. This will be calculated at the time of checkout.  We provide you with 16 different shipping services to chose from. Please note you are responsible for paying all shipping costs associated with your order.

Based on the carrier and service selected, shipping can vary between 2-7 business days.

Tracking

    Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can track the status of your package through the shipping carriers website using the tracking number provided.
